Carefully designed to lay down the foundations upon which students can build their advanced techniques, the Basic Course covers the core skills of the Martial Arts including technique, strength, agility, flexibility and discipline. Equally we will develop your overall fitness.
Whether you’re new to the Martial Arts, from a non-Handsdown club and wanting to start fresh on our syllabus, or if you trained some years ago and would like a gentle refresher course, this is the program for you.
The program consists of basic, non-contact Martial Arts/Kickboxing, basic Self-Defence, a Physical Conditioning Program, a Life Skills Curriculum and a Grading system.
The techniques covered will take you up to your Red Belt Black- stripe and will provide you with all you need to know in order to progress to the next stage.
