Carefully designed to lay down the foundations upon which students can build their advanced techniques, the Basic Course covers the core skills of the Martial Arts including technique, strength, agility, flexibility and discipline. Equally we will develop your overall fitness.

Elite Program

Our Elite program is designed to take students up to Black Belt in any combination of up to four different Martial Arts Disciplines (with additional gradings for individual weapons).

Pro Elite Program

The Pro Elite Program develops students from within the Academy to become Nationaly Recognised Instructors. The course length is 2- 4 years depending on the level of the student enrolling onto the programme.

Ladies Combat Fitness

HIT training (High Intensity Training) strengthening, conditioning, flexibility, stretching, pad work, weight control are all part of normal combat training. Plus lots & lots of fun.
